The OPF hollow pin deck block can be flipped to both sides.
The 'One Piece Frame' block is CNC cut in one piece, in black anodized and teflon coated aluminum. It’s without pins or screws, and is a lightweight and strong construction.
The sheave is in composite material (aluminum in the large blocks), and runs on a composite bearing with stainless steel hub (see drawing above). This means that the bearing has low friction, can handle high loads and should not be lubricated.
The self-captive delrin side ball bearing reduces friction, making it easy to disassemble, clean and maintain.
